This book is for advanced drummers, if you have no previous knowledge of Open Close technique, I recommend to study it first or to purchase  Motion Control 1 first, or purchase and watch my 3 hours "Open Close technique" course, and . In this book we apply the movements we have learned in the previous book (Motion Control). In order to root a movement into a state of "instinct" we must do multiple repetitions, so I suggest to each student not to be satisfied with initial success,but to memorize the movements on a daily basis.
